Discovering the Les Chais Létourneau estate was a very pleasant surprise. Besides the always friendly and flawless welcome from its owner Yannick Létourneau, the crémants and AOC white wines produced by the estate are very well made and perfectly reflect the expertise passed down through now three generations of winemakers.
Above all, Yannick wishes to enhance the farm’s value while preserving biodiversity. It is therefore only natural that the estate now adheres to the “HVE” quality charter, based on a comprehensive approach that takes into account all the interactions between soil, water, plants, fauna, and flora.
With expertise acquired over nearly a century, Yannick now offers us balanced wines, with beautiful length and a very reasonable quality/price/enjoyment ratio.
His crémants are elegant and very expressive. True winemaker’s crémants with beautiful complexity.
