Perched behind the mountain of Beaune, at the western entrance to the Hautes-Côtes, you will find one of the first estates I worked with; the Vincent Charache domain.
The consistent quality of Vincent’s wines with each vintage is simply incredible and demonstrates the talent of this exceptional winemaker. Since its origins in 1976, the estate has continued to expand.
Vincent Charache, who took over from his father in 2006, has extended it to 19 hectares. Brought to its peak, the estate acquired the renowned HVE 3 (High Environmental Value 3) label in 2020, indicating that the estate has implemented measurable and environmentally respectful practices.

Les pinots noirs vous séduiront avec des arômes de fruits mûrs, de confiture de cassis, d’épices, chaque millésime apportant bien sur sa propre identité.
Les blancs, aux beaux reflets dorés, laissent s’échapper un bouquet mélangeant des notes briochées, de pêches, de fleurs blanches. Des vins d’une belle concentration ou chaque appellation laissent s’exprimer librement les différents terroirs.
